Iains bio: I’m an independent consultant and Agile enthusiast. The first part of my career was in large IT consultancies doing technology change programmes the old fashioned way, mostly in banks. I discovered Agile seven years ago and was amazed by how something so simple affected productivity, speed to market and most importantly happiness.
