Iains bio: I’m an independent consultant and Agile enthusiast. The first part of my career was in large IT consultancies doing technology change programmes the old fashioned way, mostly in banks. I discovered Agile seven years ago and was amazed by how something so simple affected productivity, speed to market and most importantly happiness.

This month Iain Baxter will kick us off with a short talk, followed by Lean Coffee. This is an opportunity for you to ask all of your burning questions about Lean, Agile, and modern work. If you have any topics, questions, or ideas, bring them along and get help/feedback from the community.
