In this workshop each participant learns the basics of soldering as they create their own microphone. They then spend time sampling and recording the acoustics of objects throughout the space and finally edit and modify these recordings using the free Audacity audio software.
Attendees can take their microphone and sound recordings away to continue to work on and edit them.
