In February, we have a talk by Martin Benson of Sheffield tech company Jaywing (jaywing.com).

In a talk entitled "AI in Credit Scoring - Putting Fairness First" Martin will talk about building a product called "Archetype". It aims to allow banks to safely adopt deep learning for use in credit scoring without having to worry about about it potentially making decisions that might be judged to be unfair. Bias and fairness are hot topics in Machine Learning and AI today, so this is a must-see talk!
