We have plenty of ideas about all the fab stuff we could do at the Glasgow Wordpress meetup... But we would also love to hear what you would like it to be about.
Everyone's welcome regardless of experience. We'll always do our best to hold our events at accessible venues and maintain entry free of charge.
Come along and become part of the growing community!
We'll be posting more information about each particular event as time goes by...
Details of the talk will be specified closer to the date.

Event #44: "How non-developers can contribute to WordPress" by Jenny Wong
Description changed:
This event is suitable for ALL SKILL LEVELS.
WordPress is nothing without the numerous amounts of contributions that have made it into the CMS that it is today. When someone tells you that anyone can contribute to WordPress you may not believe them.
In this talk Jenny will discuss how every contribution counts, and explain the different ways non-developers can start contributing back to the open source project we all love so much.
* About the speaker
Once a Web Developer, Jenny now works as a Community Engineer at Human Made. When she started, she didn't do anything else for two weeks but organize a local conference. She is often found being an open source community evangelist and has extensive experience as a conference speaker and organiser.
Her days vary from solving issues on event sites, supporting event organisers, loudly cheering people on to contribute back to open source, and coming up with crazy ideas to help improve participation experiences in open source projects.
If you ever find her away from her laptop, she is usually binge watching F1 & anime, doing renovations or making a mess whilst cooking. You can find her around a messaging service making typos.
