The next Exeter Raspberry Jam will take place on Saturday 4th June in the Rougemont Room at Exeter Library between 10:00 – 12:00. As usual there will be lots to do, plenty of help and advice and pis to play with, we’ll also have some BBC Micro:bits and Arduinos.
As part of the this we are offering a quick 30 minute workshop that will show you how to connect a DS18B20 Digital Temperature Sensor on the Raspberry Pi and take measurements.This session will cover protocols, modifying the configuration of your Pi to load drivers, reading data from files and using a code library. Cost is £2 including a free DS18B20 sensor conveniently mounted on a circuit board.
