  • This 1 day course is most suited to those with a working knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS), and who are looking to use begin using, or enhance their skills using QGIS. Covering the key functions, tools and outputs of QGIS, this course is suitable to those with existing skills in other desktop GIS packages wanting to migrate to using QGIS, or to refresh skills.

  • An introductory course for those wanting to learn how to load and manage spatial data within PostGIS (PostgreSQL spatial extension). Topics cover geometries, projections, loading data, spatial querying and data visualisation.

The course is most suited to delegates who are new to GIS or QGIS.
