For our final event of the year, we've decided to go break out the classic Lean Coffee format. Whatever level of experience you have, this event is for you!
This is an opportunity for you to ask all of your burning questions about Lean, Agile, and modern work. If you have any topics, questions, or ideas, bring them along and get help/feedback from the community.w

Workshop
Introduction to Wardley Mapping
In this workshop, you’ll learn about maps. Real maps that allow you to orient yourself and chose direction, but for organisations, instead of a landscapes.
You’ll learn about Wardley Mapping, a way to visualise a shared understanding of your context to provide the situational awareness necessary for choosing a strategy to satisfy a need.
Marc and Chris will teach you why Wardley maps are so powerful and together well map a business problem. You’ll then be given a scenario and, in groups, will get the chance to build your own maps.
