The Open Source Awards are back. Open Source has come a long way since we last ran the Awards in 2010. Open Source software and technologies are everywhere and Open Source is the direction of travel for the technology sector.
This year's Awards will shine a spotlight on some of the outstanding work done with Open Source software by UK companies and individuals. The Awards are intended to broadcast and evangelise. The Awards will appeal to the broadest audience including IT Directors, Investors, Procurement Departments and other purchasers of software, students, geeks, software engineers and architects, contributors to projects and all that exist within the wide ecosystem that is Open Source.
Open Source is alive, kicking, vibrant, innovative and here to stay in the UK!!
