The Talks
---> Talk 1: Async data loading for React components with react-frontload by David Williams
Abstract
In most React applications you need to load data and render components based on it. Doing this on the client is straightforward, but if you need to support server rendering, things become more difficult. I'll discuss why that is, and how react-frontload solves the problem - giving you a simple way to load data into your React components that works on both client and server renders.

---> Talk 2: TypeScript: from script to types to diving deep by Rares Matei
Abstract
It isn't always easy introducing a new technology into a project. Let alone a totally new language, right? TypeScript might seem intimidating in the context of large JavaScript apps and maybe not even worth the effort. So in this talk we'll start out with some plain JavaScript, talk about how you might have been using TypeScript all this time without realising, do a warm up with some simple types and then dive deep into different practical scenarios (including Redux) to show the true power of TypeScript and why it's not just your average static type checker. This talk is for you whether you've never heard of TypeScript, or you have but wondering if it's the right choice, or you use day to day and you're just coming for the advanced scenarios and pizza.
