57North is Aberdeen's Hackerspace and Tuesday is our open night.
For those of you not in the know, Tuesday evenings are open to anyone
who wishes to come to 57North!
We get up to a range of activities on Tuesday nights, including but not limited to
social contact, programming, manufacturing weird things and consuming sugary treats.
We usually begin at about 7, but sometimes someone will be in earlier.
If you're new, we'd suggest you bring a laptop, and perhaps a project you
want to work on.
If you want to come but are unsure about anything, ask in IRC - #57n on freenode. There will be a mailing list post at lists.57north.co detailing more information also.
About 57North Hacklab
57North is a hacker collective with a shared space located in Aberdeen, Scotland. We meet regularly to share knowledge, hack on projects together, and build community. If you’re interested in joining 57North, come to some of our public meetings or visit our website for more details.
57North Hacklab is the Aberdeen Hackerspace. It is located in the center of Aberdeen City and easily accessible by bus and train. Parking is available, although very limited.
Access to the Hacklab is from Skene Terrace, door next to the steps up to North Silver Street. Members can unlock this door from outside, for events that are open to non-members there should be a doorbell to ring.
