With growing concern over the effects of technology on our private lives, democracy and society as a whole, Open Rights Group’s biennial convention ORGCon comes along right on time. NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden joins via videolink, while UK and international experts will discuss Artificial Intelligence, the Internet Of Things, online censorship, and human rights in the age of big data. Expect live podcast recordings, informed debate and interactive exhibits at a day-long event that will shed light on the dark corners of the digital world.
