Lean Agile Glasgow is teaming up with Agile Scotland to run a two track event at the JP Morgan community collider.

Both tracks will be based around discussion between attendees, but each will be aimed at a different audience. Track one for those who are new to agile and full of questions about how they can get started. Track two for those more experienced agilists to look into what's next.
Track 1
How does agile work? - Panel discussion
Ask them anything - a panel of agile experts on hand to answer any question you have about agile. Come armed with your questions - no question is too simple, no question is stupid - remember these experts have been where you are now.
Track 2
The future of agile - Facilitated discussion
For more advanced agilists, where do you think agile is going next? What will we need to do to get there? What are your fears and concerns for the future of agile? Come prepared to take a look into the future and hear others' thoughts.
