Then we'll have time for the group to help shape and prioritise future events and activities. As always - there'll be plenty of time for a chat.

Chad Gowler - user researcher
They have also written about gender, software, mental health and digital games. They are a firm believer in inclusive software and digital inclusion. In their spare time, they can be found in various usergroups talking about gender, mental health and gaming for social good. At ShfWIT, Chad will talk about what non-binary and transgender is and how to be more gender-inclusive when working in the technology sector, creating and supporting products and services.
Annalisa Toccara - freelance marketeer and communications specialist
She is also an award-winning cultural producer passionate about gender equality, social inclusion and representation. Annalisa is the founder of @our__mel & Melanin Fest ® & is currently studying a Masters in International Public & Political Communication at The University of Sheffield. Annalisa will talk about inclusion based marketing, why it is important for brands and outline how to build diversity and inclusion in marketing campaigns.
