Agile Sheffield: Agile Toolkits supporting Rapid Delivery / Game Storming

Glenn Crossley - Agile Toolkits to support Rapid Delivery in a Regulated Environment

Agile delivery within a financial services environment needs to be disciplined enough to be able to deal with numerous audits per year but rapid enough to strategically pivot to the demands of an evolving market. Over recent years a number of toolkits have been used from other agile frameworks or developed locally, which have now been made open source for the wider community to both benefit from and contribute to.

Currently, Gartner’s number 1 Top Influencer on their Peer Connect platform Glenn has a passion for agile delivery and helping others solve problems. Having joined Hitachi Capital over 3.5 years ago he has been recognised as the main driving force to help transform the organisation to new ways of working.
Outside of work Glenn juggles life with managing and coaching a kid’s u12s football team and building his own house.

Gamestorming can be used in various ways; from planning a meeting, generating ideas, understanding customers, creating prototypes, or making better decisions. More Information

I like agile. This group is for all who have an interest in agile - whether you've just heard about it and it's tweaked your interest, or whether you're a seasoned veteran with loads of things to share. This group is to establish an agile community in the Sheffield area to share ideas and experiences, and to learn from one another.
