Do you use coding in your business? Are you familiar with visual programming language?
Visual programming allows programs to be treated as visual objects. Compared with traditional text based code, visualisations allow the relationships and dependencies in the code, and between the code and its output.
You're invited to this two day workshop (12th & 19th April) that will review existing approaches and research methods of visual programming to assess their value. The workshop is run by the Sheffield Innovation Programme with academic experts from the Communication and Computing Research Centre at Sheffield Hallam University, and the University of Sheffield.
The workshop is relevant to anyone that is familiar with the complexity of coding or professionals that will be using coding soon within business, professional developers looking for new ways of coding and trainers needing methods to make coding easier.
