Are you ready for the new Europe-wide GDPR regulations? Join Sarah, Kirk and Veli-Matti from Ledingham Chalmers LLP who will be discussing how businesses can adopt best practice with data protection under the new regulations.
They will be talking about what will change when the legislation comes into force on 25 May 2018, how data protection works in practice and the main business risks.
The current duties to protect personal information about employees, clients, suppliers and contacts already place significant obligations on businesses. The new GDPR regime will add to the demands of handling data and increase the penalties in the event of breach.
