Happy new year!
We're kicking off ShefTest 2018 with a Lean Coffee style event at the end of the month.
Lean Coffee is a really simple format to promote group discussion. The group suggests topics they want to cover, votes on which one to talk about first, and decides when to move on to the next one.
We'll be using some of the outcomes from this evening to plan future meetups and to make sure we're talking about the things you want to hear.
