In this months Agile Sheffield Meetup we're going to be talking about backlogs.
Product backlogs, sprint backlogs, team backlogs, release backlogs and any other backlog you can think of.
We're going to explore what they are, how they're created, how we use them.
As is becoming the norm, this is going to be a bit more than just getting talked at. So make sure you bring your thinking heads with you and get ready to get stuck in. But don't worry, there will be the usual refreshments provided so I'm sure things won't get too heavy!
If you have a backlog at work, it would be great if you could take a picture of it (or screen grab if its virtual) and send it to me so that we can compare a few different backlogs - what they comprise of, their size, how they're used etc.
