Agile Sheffield: The ideal backlog [DELETED]

We seem to have simplified the understanding of what we need to produce into this thing called the backlog, more specifically a product backlog.

But what is it? How do we create it? When do we create it? How do we know if we've got a good backlog?

So many questions.

In this months Agile Sheffield Meetup we're going to be talking about backlogs, and providing answers to these questions.

As is becoming the norm, this is going to be a bit more than just getting talked at. So make sure you bring your thinking heads with you and get ready to get stuck in. But don't worry, there will be the usual refreshments provided so I'm sure things won't get too heavy!

If you have a backlog at work, it would be great if you could take a picture of it (or screen grab if its virtual) and send it to me so that we can compare a few different backlogs - what they comprise of, their size, how they're used etc.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
