We had get great feedback from last months more interactive Agile Sheffield meetup, and the comments from the retro seemed to suggest we are all up for more of the same.
So, this month we're going to use the first value from the agile manifesto to provide the theme for a set of group discussions and workshops.
The goal is to come up with a clear and concise understanding of what valuing individuals and interactions over process and tools actually means, and hopefully some hints and tips about how we might ensure that we are really doing this.
