Katie reflects on her agile journey to date, highlighting the highs and the lows, and describing those moments of realisation about why the agile manifesto is so powerful.
It's a personal journey that will provide encouragement and some useful tips for those just starting out but also provides food for thought and a call for those with experience to be open and share your experiences - it's the best way in which we can all learn about how best to be agile and to continue to strive to improve.
