edPUG Tuesday 17th March 2015: Glynn talks about Aspect Oriented Programming
The 17th of March marks Saint Patrick's Day, but more importantly, it's the third edPUG of 2015! Swap your Guinness for a Tennents Lager and your Shamrocks for SHA-1's and celebrate PHP instead.
This month we are pleased to announce we have an interesting talk from Glynn Forrest discussing AOP.
"As applications add features and codebases get bigger, code duplication becomes a problem. Aspect Oriented Programming avoids repetition by injecting reusable aspects without altering the original code. This talk will explore the AOP options available for PHP, examine the pros and cons, and add some AOP features to a simple Symfony application."
As usual beer and pizza available on the night, hope to see you there!
