The second Docker Edinburgh Meetup will be hosted by Cloudsoft in the CodeBase events space on floor L of Argyle House.
The topic for the night is Docker Operations, and we will be talking about how Docker can be used in production as a part of your DevOps toolbox.
We are very lucky to have Adrian Mouat with us, who is currently writing a book on Docker for O'Reilly and will be speaking about using Docker to sandbox and run applications on the desktop. Andrew Kennedy from Cloudsoft will also be talking about the issues involved with networking across Docker hosts and containers.
Additionally, Terry Dhariwal, a senior solutions architect for Couchbase (the high performance and scalable NoSQL database) is going to talk about DevOps issues when using Couchbase and Docker.
