Many people in the Bitcoin world have been following the progress of the first major documentary film about the topic, "The Rise & Rise Of Bitcoin". It seems to have been in development for a long time now - but finally the release date is here!
As a special one-off event, I've arranged with Nicholas Mross, the director, that we'll screen the film in CodeBase. All being well, Nicholas will then call into the meetup by video from Pittsburgh afterwards to discuss the film and answer some questions.
This is one for beginners and seasoned scene stalwarts alike, explaining the origins of Bitcoin and the potential impact the technology might have moving forwards.
