'Counterintuitive Parts of Startups, and How to Have Ideas' - Paul Graham (3rd viewing)
Description changed:
Stanford have recently announced a new class 'How to Start a Startup’ (http://startupclass.samaltman.com/) that will be running from the 23/9/14 onwards. The course is meant to cover all the basics of starting a startup, and each lecture will be given by a well-known figure from the startup world including Marissa Mayer, CEO of Yahoo, Ben Silbermann, founder of Pinterest and many more.
We will be organising sessions every Wednesday to watch the lecture videos. We’ll brainstorm ideas, bounce them off each other, and refine them over the course of the semester. Open to anyone and everyone!
The actual viewing will start at 18:30, but we encourage arriving sometime after 18:00, there's a small exercise planned as part of the course.
