Sheffield FaithTech: June Meetup

Are you a Christian working in tech, or just someone curious about the relevance of faith to tech? Want to connect with a community of like-minded people who love Jesus and love tech? Join us for a social evening of community building. All are welcome.

June meetup

We’re delighted to announce that James Kelly, Founder and CEO of FaithTech will be visting Sheffield from Canada and joining us at our next meetup on Thursday, 13 June .
Whether you’ve made it along to a FaithTech Sheffield meetup before, and you’re beginning to get a handle on what FaithTech is all about, or haven’t managed to make it and are still scratching your head, this next meet up is for you.

We'll hear from James Kelly and Kevin Burgess, Global Communities Director of FaithTech, who will unpack a vision for FaithTech in Sheffield to see us awakened to a Jesus revival in and through tech.
Like all good FaithTech meetups there will be three distinct sections:

- Meet: Arrive any time from 18:00 to meet, mix and mingle over free pizza and soft drinks

- Learn: From 19:00 the focus will be firmly on James and Kevin who will have the floor to tell the FaithTech story and translate it to the local context of Sheffield

- Build: The final section of the evening will continue to focus on how we come together to build tech which will benefit our local community.

There is a limit on how many people ZOO’s beautiful offices will hold so please, book early. Also, if you find that you’re unable to attend, please cancel your ticket in good time so someone else can take it.

Look forward to seeing you there.
