Home Office Engineering projects and our jobs on offer
Description changed:
At the Home Office we're growing our Engineering profession across our main locations in Manchester, Sheffield, Croydon and Glasgow, and we want talented people to join us and make a difference to the lives of millions of people across the UK every day.
If you want to know what it's like to work at the heart of public sector technology and hear from our Engineering team - this is where you need to be!
You’ll meet some of the amazing people within our technical teams who enable the design, build and maintenance of the technology behind the services we provide for our users, working with the latest tech such as Kubernetes, Node.js, Java, AWS and more.
At this event we'll also provide you with information about the recruitment process and you can ask us questions.
IMPORTANT: If you are interested in applying for a role with us, you will need to have lived in the UK for a sufficient period of time to enable appropriate security checks to be carried out. You should normally have been resident in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.
A lack of UK residency in itself is not necessarily a bar to a security clearance and applicants should contact the Vacancy Holder/Recruiting Manager listed in the advert for further advice.
