The SheffTechLeadership group is a discussion group. We will have a kick off from this sessions facilitators to explain the subject then break into groups to discuss, coming back together to share what we discussed with the full group.

This month our subject is having Difficult Conversations.

Sometimes there's a problem that needs addressing and that means having a Difficult Conversation. How do we open these conversations and make sure that we deliver the right message and get the right outcome?
