Whatever has been going on in your life, you have probably gone through some considerable readjustments. And at the same time you might be experiencing boredom, grief or worry or some other emotion that is front of mind. In the midst of all of this it is hard to create space for reflection, and we can get caught in the just doing.
This session will help you take stock and move forward.
In this interactive session, we'll guide you, working with one or two others, to explore what’s important to you when you think of the future, what feels purposeful, and from here, explore what you want to do about it.
(You will also be developing the skills of creating an environment where you are trusted, asking good questions, listening and helping others find their own solutions. These are the core skills of coaching.)
Our morning workshop will teach you how to create a safe space for coaching, set you up with structure and practices to make the process easier, and give you some tips to get the most out of your coaching. Don't worry if that sounds intimidating, we'll be there to help and guide you along the way.
Is it for me?
This session is geared towards the “digital” community, so whether you’re a developer, designer, researcher, product owner or in another equally important profession, you’re welcome. If this doesn’t sound like you, or you’re not sure you’ll be a good fit, just get in touch.
If you have been to one of our sessions before and loved it please do share and come back. Places are limited to keep it cosy and friendly, and make sure we’re able to take care of everyone.
Timings
The workshop starts at 9:30am and finishes at around 1pm.
Location & setup
Like most things these days, this is a remote event. We'll share a Zoom link with attendees before we get started. After some introductions and guidance we'll break out into smaller groups, and move around throughout the morning to practice different skills.

Kathryn is a highly experienced executive coach and trained coach supervisor, and runs in house coach training, learning groups and coaches.
Ryan is a technical leader and full-stack developer, with a focus on people, process and remote-first working. He occasionally rants on Twitter as @spikeheap.
