The Future of Work Scotland team are delighted to be hosting the wonderful Gunther Verheyen for a session that will really set the tone for our hopes for 2021.

In this session Gunther will share what drives him in his infinite mission.

He will share “What it means to humanize the workplace (with Scrum)”. He will share what signs of de-humanization and de-humanized workplaces are. He will introduce how the principles and practices of Scrum can help us in re-humanizing our workplace, and how this will improve the (business) outcomes produced.

● How the aspects 'value' and 'people' are actually tightly interconnected in Scrum
● How Scrum is a tool to humanize the workplace
● How humanizing the workplace is the way forward (even from a business perspective)

Here's some background on our amazing guest speaker for this session:

Gunther Verheyen calls himself an independent Scrum Caretaker on a journey of humanizing the workplace with Scrum. He has been employing Scrum since 2003, has published two best-selling books about Scrum and has partnered with Ken Schwaber, co-creator of Scrum.
