What happens when you combine a project with purpose, with a design thinking led approach and an awesome group of volunteers? Lead volunteer experience designer, Michael Haigney, will share how volunteers were recruited, onboarded and motivated to deliver an extensive research and idea visualisation in just 8 weeks, delivering an accessibility audit, customer journey maps, heuristics review, wireframes, a working prototype and a design system!
