Morning Lean Coffee (http://leancoffee.org/) to discuss your Lean and Agile ideas, challenges and solutions before the workday starts.
This month we a trialling a slightly earlier start time of 7.45 to allow enough time for every to get away and start work after the call. The Zoom call will be open from 7.30.
Everyone is welcome and we usually have a good mix of people from different backgrounds so if you have something you'd like to talk about, or you just want to listen and learn, then please join us.
Due to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, we will be running this as a Zoom event for the foreseeable future. We also use Lean Coffee Table (https://www.leancoffeetable.com/) to simulate a face-to-face meeting.
Of course, there's no substitute for a Sharpie and a Post-it note but we have found Lean Coffee Table comes a very close second.
