Internet Of Things – How IT is helping UK business get back on its feet

This event will demonstrate how IT and the Internet of Things (IoT) can help companies get back up and running, including security for the home worker, social distancing and reinforcing cleaning and hygiene processes.

This session is aimed at levels of management with a responsibility for worker safety and future sustainability of the business.

This event will provide insights as to what technology is currently available, how it can help and assist companies to get back up and running and meet the government guidelines. The aim is to give confidence to both the management and employees that everything possible has been done to reduce and monitor the risk of Covid-19.

Senior Business Development Manager for IoT & Analytics

Elliet has a wealth of experience in adapting and implementing IoT solutions. With over 18 years of experience in both a Distribution and OEM capacity, he has worked in both the UK and Eastern European markets. He has worked on solutions from Smart Energy, lighting and LED technology, through to wired and networked solutions. He was pivotal in the development of both a new Zigbee and Bluetooth wireless solution and their integration to BMS systems prior to moving to Techdata. Elliet believes IOT is the only way to provide a truly and fully connected, integrated system of devices.
