The Future of Work in Scotland: Red Team Thinking® – Making Better Decisions Faster - Marcus Dimbleby

The Future of Work Scotland team are delighted to be bringing you this session on Red Teaming and themes from the book by the same name by Bryce G. Hoffman.

Learn how to make better decisions faster using the battle-tested and business-proven method of Red Teaming

Learning Objectives:

What can our attendees expect to take away from the session?

● An overview of the science and psychology behind this revolutionary method
● An introduction to the tools and techniques of RTT
● How to enable critical and contrarian thinking without fear of reprisal
● Realisation that new Ways of Working require a new Way of Thinking

Here's some background on our amazing guest speakers for this session:

Marcus is a former senior military officer and red teamer who has been sharing these techniques with corporations since retiring from the Royal Air Force in 2013. In the RAF, he served across the globe, enjoying tours with the Royal Marines, Royal Navy and U.S. Marine Corps, with whom he deployed to Iraq in 2003. His final tour saw him in an air defence role, coordinating and controlling the air security for the London Olympics 2012 – a natural red teaming event.

After leaving the RAF, Marcus moved into business, initially working for a global consultancy, before moving on to lead major business transformations in the financial sector, focusing on enabling leadership to deal with the complexity of today’s volatile and complex business environment.

Marcus now supports organisations and provides red team training across the globe with his business partner and founder of Red Team Thinking - Bryce Hoffman.
