Part of a series of special Zoom Workshops on themes to help Sheffield businesses survive and thrive in the Covid era.
Covid-19 has created a high level of uncertainty for a lot of businesses.
Designed especially for small businesses, this video workshop will help you take positive steps to control that uncertainty by equipping you to make a plan for the survival (or development) of your business.
In this session we’ll cover some of the strategic implications of Covid-19, why planning should be done now, and guide you through a process for planning effectively, including reviewing several tools which will help you get to grips with the tasks ahead.
We’ll then switch focus specifically to cashflow modelling and financial planning, giving practical tips and advice on fiscal survival.
All businesses will have an opportunity to discuss issues arising during the session and/or to book onto 1:1 support afterwards. This video workshop will be hosted by experienced business advisors.
Please note: This is workshop is hosted as a 2 hour Zoom meeting with maximum of 8 participant businesses. You must have a computer, laptop or tablet with at least a 10” screen, and microphone and audio capabilities in order to access the Workshop. A camera/webcam is optional, but recommended. A free Zoom account is also required. Further instructions for accessing the event will be emailed to participants in advance.
