In this online Lean Agile Edinburgh meetup we’ll be shining a spotlight on the Agile Retrospective, in particular how do you run an engaging and effective retrospective remotely. This session will be a mix of short presentations, discussions using the lean coffee formats and sharing tips and tricks. We can cover anything you’d like to cover related to retrospectives including:
- What are the best formats to use and which ones work best remotely or in different situations?
- What are the best tools for remote retrospectives?
- How to encourage participation from all the attendees of a retrospective
- How to run large scale retrospectives online
- Common problems and how to deal with them
