Digital Day at Dorchester Library

Aimed at young and old alike, this is a great chance to meet the Bots Bits and Pi’s, see them in action and have a go. There will be a range of hands-on demos, workshops and talks about the latest trends in Digital Making, including 3D printing.

Dorchester library will also play host to a Wii Tournament throughout the day and in the afternoon a Code Club Meet and make is open to all.

We will have activities and demonstrations from the innovative 2.Times Do, Bournemouth University and the Safer Schools and Communities Team with library staff on hand throughout the day to showcase the 24/7 library and all our online resources.

Booking is advisable for some activities, but there will be lots to see and do if you are just passing so don’t be shy, drop by!
