Govcamps have no pre-set agenda - attendees create the agenda on the day. They have a very active online element. And they are relentlessly positive, constructive and creative.
The general aim is to get folk who are interested in innovation and technology in government (and the public sector more widely) together in an informal setting to share their ideas.
