Join us for breakfast at the BT Tower to hear the main challenges around data security in health and care.
As the use of technology increases across health and social care so does the risk of cyber-attacks and threats to data. Data security is currently a hot topic and there is lots of information on general cyber security. Our event, running in association with BT, will look further into protecting patient data with practical, targeted information and advice for healthtech professionals.
Chaired by Linda Cairney, Director of Health International Market Development at BT, this event will features speakers discussing the importance of creating a culture of prevention and ensuring there is wide-spread knowledge of the precautions available. We will also describe what an attack looks like, how it can be prevented, and the building blocks of a secure NHS.
