► The Talks 🎤

👉Talk 1: Security and Authentication in React Native

In this talk, Kadi runs through security concerns specific to native development and explores ways to mitigate these risks. The React Native developer experience is very similar to that of React's. So much so, that it's easy to forget some important underlying differences when it comes to security and authentication.

Kadi is a Senior Software Engineer at Formidable Labs. Her career started off with Mathematics and Python, and has been gradually moving up the stack. She has now been building apps with React for the past 4, and with React Native for with the past 2 years. Kadi is also the owner and maintainer of React Native App Auth - an SDK for communicating with OAuth2 providers.

👉Talk 2: Experimenting with React Concurrent mode

React Conference just got over and Concurrent Mode is released as an experimental feature (not ready for production !) for the community to play with. In this talk, we will look at what concurrent mode offers, what its benefits are, how to adopt it, some examples and a bunch of other exciting things. If you love trying new things and being ahead of the pack, then buckle in and let’s explore Concurrent mode together and see what’s in store.

Anushree is a javascript developer who loves working with reactjs. She is a big fan of open source and strongly believes in giving back to the community in whatever way possible. She is active in the tech community and you will find her encouraging and lifting people up every chance she gets. Her other interests include promoting healthy living, trekking, volunteering to name a few.
