We are delighted to have Serena Caruso, Agile Coach at NCR Edinburgh, joining us to talk about Empowering teams to self-select. This is a case study on teams self-selection based on the workshop described on the book Creating Great Teams by D. Mole and S. Mamoli. Serena will describe how self-selection was implemented in her past workplace, the challenges that they faced, and suggestions for different approaches to address business constraints without compromising the team-empowered nature of the event.
This case study was presented at Agile Cambridge 2017.
