Organisational 'culture' often varies from team to team, especially, but not only, when different organisations come together within teams, and can make an enormous difference to team coherence and performance. Come along to discuss different ways we can improve team culture, and how much impact that can have on an 'under-performing' team.
Timetable:
18:00 for a hot and cold buffet style meal (sandwiches / canapes etc)
18:30 - 20:30 for the workshop, facilitated by Ramen Sen
We're a small, low-key friendly group, and newcomers are always very welcome. If you're interested in getting peer support on another leadership topic that's relevant to you right now, come along and chat to us - there may well be other people interested in the same topic and we can help make it happen.
There is level access to the venue through the main door and there is a lift. Free parking is available next to the door.
