Agile is everywhere! People apply agile to software, organisation, innovation and design, but agile is not the only answer and sometimes not the right one.
Come along and see how to find those less functional areas of agile in your implementation and improve on them.
We'll show you some simple tools and techniques to find and improve on problem areas (applicable beyond agile), then we'll see if there are wider commonalities for Agile across the group that we will collectively debate.
This will be a lively and highly participatory event focusing on exploring your own problems.
The session will be led by Paul Waldren, who has a very broad experience leading large teams to success, including 3 years leading a 220 strong agile team.
