Sheffield Digital Leadership Meetup brings together all kinds of folks who have a common interest in leadership. We set our job titles aside at the door; we'd like to hear everyone's voices, whether you're the CTO or a junior developer trying to make things better for your team.
This month: Bring a story about something you tried to change. What did you do, what happened, and what did you learn in the process?
While we encourage everyone to participate, we're not going to put anyone on the spot - if you're not comfortable sharing a story that's fine too.
