Alistair Adam, Head of Analytical Services, Optima Connect - www.linkedin.com Alistair has 20 years experience within Analytics, including 10 years at RBS where he led the current account, credit card and store card analytical teams. Alistair also led the analytics team at Webhelp UK, a customer contact management company. His first role in analytics was with Quadstone, an Edinburgh based software company where he worked as an analytics consultant. Particular areas of focus have included developing analytical solutions for targeted marketing, customer retention, employee analytics and customer experience initiatives. Alistair has worked at Optima Connect since June 2016 and heads up the Analytics area of the business, working on projects for clients in the Retail, Financial Services and Airline sectors. Simon has over 20 years’ experience in database marketing. As a former technical director of helpIT Systems (a major deduplication software provider), he has excellent knowledge in data cleanse, matching and building single customer views. For the last 7 years Simon has worked for Optima Connect as technical lead developing a major high street fashion retailer’s marketing customer database.
