Visualising work is a common practice in the Lean Agile world. We have Kanban/Scrum boards everywhere you look. We also have User Story, Impact and all other kinds of maps visualised. But no two visualisations are ever the same. Obviously the content varies but also how we design the visualisations and the reasons why we visualise certain things.

There is a lot to learn from how others visualise there work so this month we're having a "Bring your board" evening. An opportunity to share how and why you visualise your work.

All you need to do is take a picture of your boards, bring them along we'll put them up on the screen and you can tell their story to the group.

P.P.S For those of you who work for organisations who would frown on sharing photos of work boards, there will be a whiteboard where you can draw up your boards without any fear of sharing content.
