Edinburgh Gopher Tunnel: Lightning Talks - February

Hi Gophers,

Join us for our first set of lightning talks! We'll have talks on different topics around the Go programming language from our members lasting around 5-10 minutes each.

Here's the line up so far:

- Quinlan Morake on the Go debugger

- Raphael Pierzina on Go version 1.8 release

- Peter Trotman on using Context in Go web services

- Douglas McCallum on project layout and structuring packages in Go

If you have a topic you would like to speak about then let me know and we can either fit you in this week or get you on the line up for next time - the more speakers the better!

Pizza and refreshments will be served courtesy of our sponsors at MakeitSocial so come along, have a bite to eat and enjoy some great talks.

The meetup is open to people of all skill levels so whether you're a beginner or an expert you will be sure to get something out of this event.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with me through meetup.com, @edinburghgo on twitter or by email at [masked].

Hope to see you all there!

Alec
