For our next meetup we've decided to have a bit of a change as we're a bit bored with the usual format. Instead of inviting speakers to come along and present we are planning to hold an un-conference style event. We will organise the structure of the event whilst the attendees will set the agenda.

8.15pm Topic Session Two
9.00pm Final words followed by further discussion and networking at The Doctors public house
Please arrive early as we will be closing the doors at 7pm so that the volunteers manning them can join in.
For this meetup we will be using multiple rooms for break out sessions. In the main meeting room we will place a board on which people can place topics they want to discuss on a large post-it note. On arriving attendees will be given some small voting stickers and a large sticker to use as a name badge.
At 7pm we will close the board to new topics and give a brief recap of how the night will work. After this we will open voting. Place each of your stickers on a post-it note to vote for that topic. You can place more than one sticker on a note if you really, really want to talk about that subject.
Once voting is complete we will quickly order the topics according to vote and arrange which rooms and session will be used for which topic. At this point the attendees should decide which of the top voted topics they are interested in. We are aiming for 10-15 people per room. If a topic proves popular we may hold that session in multiple rooms.
If you are not enjoying the topic please feel free to move rooms to a different topic.
We have created a public google document and pre-seeded it with some ideas to get things started. Please feel free to add your own. We will transfer them over to the main board before the event.
