Westminster eForum: Digital payments: emerging technologies, security challenges and usability

This seminar will be a timely opportunity to examine latest developments in digital payment technologies - and what it will mean for customer service, marketing and regulation, and for large and small businesses.

Delegates will examine latest trends in how consumers are engaging with commerce both online and at point of sale in light of continued growth in mobile and online payment services, and will assess key emerging technologies - including digital currencies, mobile wallets and contactless cards - with particular regard for usability, implementation and cost implications.

Further sessions will address security concerns in relation to contactless payments, digital currencies and digital signatures and how consumers and businesses can be better protected going forward, as well as how regulation can keep pace without inhibiting innovation and growth.
